Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Food Science and Technology / Graduation from any recognized university in any discipline.
∎ National Certificate Course in Bakery and Pastry Production from NHTTI will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops a production schedule and production strategy in close cooperation with the outlet that sets out the necessary amounts of products.
∎ Responsible for the performance and development of all production employees.
∎ Responsible for the timetables and workload of all production employees.
∎ Responsible for the costing/portioning of all ingredients to be used.
∎ Responsible for the purchasing/storage of all ingredients to be used.
∎ Responsible for the overall cost price/unit/product not to exceed set brackets upon which sales figures are based.
∎ Responsible for the packaging of all products and the storage in the freezer.
∎ Responsible for monthly reporting with regards to machine break-down/servicing needs/repairs.
∎ Maintains accurate records of all cost pricing and stocks in High-rise.
∎ Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
∎ Recruits, tests, and hires Production Staff based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
∎ Ensures Hygiene levels of Production environment and staff are at the highest levels at all times.
∎ Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on working experience with other IT equipment.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Interpersonal and Customer Service skills needed.
