• Age 30 to 46 years

• Conduct research and testing to develop new products that meet market needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.

• Perform product costing to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.

• Monitor and manage budgets for product development projects.

• Prepare and implement BSTI/HACCP/FSMS/HALAL-related documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Develop quality control plans for newly launched products.

• Plan production schedules based on sales requirements.

• Communicate with BCSIR and conduct regular testing of water/finished goods as per standards.

• Research and select new suppliers for supporting ingredients and raw materials.

• Manage stock levels of finished goods and raw/packaging materials in the factory.

• Oversee regulatory licensing for the factory.

• Prepare all necessary standard documentation for products.

• Source machinery (new/used) for the factory.

• Support the SCM team in importing goods and preparing forecasts.

• Arrange product samples for guests/management as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to non-conforming goods/products.

• Manage relationships with suppliers (flavors/RM/PM) and coordinate with foreign stakeholders when required.

• Oversee artwork and label development in collaboration with designers.

• Construct flowcharts and conduct hazard analysis.

• Ensure clear and concise documentation of policies, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Conduct mock recalls and maintain a product traceability system in the plant.

• Promote and uphold FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL & GMP guidelines throughout production.

• Address market complaints and prepare necessary documentation.

• Develop and cost molasses-based RTD drinks.

• Source machinery for the distillery factory.

• Maintain all documents, records, and meeting minutes for the distillery factory.

• Prepare monthly cash budgets for production, CAPEX, and new product development.

• Conduct shelf-life studies and investigate root causes of non-conformities.

• Develop and implement HACCP and CCP plans.

• Review and process requisitions from the factory.

• Oversee technical operations to ensure smooth production and consistent product quality.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and approvals.
