Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor proper cooling capacity and refrigerant flow of the of AC and VRF system.
∎ Analyze and Procure the spare parts of Lift, AC and VRF
∎ Verify the warranty period of Lift and AC/VRF.
∎ Conduct maintenance and service operation of Lift, AC/VRF upon requirement.
∎ Process bills and invoices and ensure timely payment.
∎ Collect price quotations from various sources and negotiate rates/prices with the relevant party
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have proven experience in procurement, installation and maintenance of AC/LIFT/VRF/Chiller.
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft office package and ERP
Salary: Negotiable
