Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle sourcing of fabric and coordinate and execute the orders with mills. Share Projections with Mill/ Suppliers & ensure deliveries/ inputs are secured.
∎ Place fabric bookings in a timely manner on receipt of orders from Merchandisers
∎ Issue accurate PO/ PI in a timely manner.
∎ Responsible to arrange shipment sample yardage and approve them before sending to Merchandising team.
∎ Follow up all LCs with the commercial team to ensure they are released in a timely manner.
∎ Generate weekly reports & share with the fabric department head.
∎ Ensure all sampling & testing & quality Inspections, T&A are monitored, to ensure no delays.
∎ Arrange third-party inspection reports before bulk shipment.
∎ Ensure communication with HK Fabric / Merchandising team & supplier in timely manner.
∎ Tackle any material exceptions with factory/ suppliers
∎ Resolve disputes between supplier and garment factory.
∎ Communicate with mills for development and production.
∎ Good knowledge of spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, also well versed with inspection standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Diploma in Business, Clothing, Textile Merchandising, or related discipline with experience in sourcing Fabric will get preference

Salary: Negotiable
