∎ Diploma/BSC in Printing (Education may be relaxed for high experienced candidate)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discharge all functions under direct control and supervision of the Head of Department.
∎ Prepare monthly production Schedule and ensure its implementation in due time.
∎ Assign and control responsibilities of subordinates discussing with superior.
∎ Checking activities of about electric, supply voltage, critical parts of Machine & uses grease & oil before start the production.
∎ Prepare PS Plate as per production schedule for printing.
∎ Confirm Machine Setting before production.
∎ Confirm color shade, detergent, Solvent & Thinner as per necessity.
∎ Prepare daily production report & send to Head Office.
∎ Ensure & Supervise activities of cleaning of ink roller, Varnish Roller & others area after production.
∎ Arrange & confirm to clean inner and outside of Oven every month by compressor Air.
∎ Confirm approval of Project Head for introducing new job & take necessary action.
∎ Ensure quality of product in production time.
∎ Before final color run the production must be check for Defects, Scum, Dirt, Hickey, Missing ink, Missing text, Register defect, Water drops, Pin hole, Scratch, Coating & Lacquer, Printing related problem and others visual inspection.
∎ Prepare raw material requisition and send the same to store department through proper channel.
∎ Set the Scraper of weld area free of white coating /lacquering/Sizing and varnish for smooth welding.
∎ Set the Scraper blade of same size for each welding area specific jobs.
∎ Set the coating registration, double coating registration (if required) and check over coating, glossiness by running sheets.
∎ 18. To check registration all reverse type (1st color) by second color positive to keep on the curing sheet.
∎ Check the color shade, sharpness of text matter, curing, hardness of varnish, glossiness by taking the sheet in cooling zone.
∎ After complete production will submit raw material requisition base finished production report and balance of raw material stock handover to store.
∎ Closely work with maintenance team for machine maintenance (corrective & preventive) and ensure machine is running smoothly.
∎ Coordinate departmental activities with others.
∎ Keep liaison between Production and Maintenance department for Maintenance, Store department for Production, Quality Assurance and Administration department for production floor maintenance work.
∎ Prepare performance report of subordinates and submit it to Superiors in time.
∎ Discharge ISO related activities as per QSP.
∎ Take steps to prepare and safe storage of all records of the department as per ISO Management System and deliver the same according to demand for higher authority.
∎ Discuss with Superiors regarding important issues related to improvement of production systems and operations of the department and seek opinion when needed.
∎ Try to improve existing systems through proper channel.
∎ Discharge such other functions as may be assigned to this post from time to time by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 6 to 8 years of practical experience in Printing related activities
∎ The Candidates should have fair knowledge in Metal Can Printing, Quality & Maintenance work
∎ Must have computer skills( M.S Office with Auto-CAD)
