Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Management/ Mathematics/ Clothing Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed production plan (critical path) for each order in consultation with the General Manager, Coordination with MM, Factory management, and other stakeholders to ensure optimum output of garments shipment.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely delivery through strong production follow up.
∎ In line with critical path coordinate with factory counterparts from placement of order to final inspections and shipment of fabrics
∎ Provide input for short listing of suppliers/factories for the division on the basis of availability, structural and technical capabilities including reputation in the market.
∎ Review availability of men & machines of selected factories including their readiness for production of garments as per standards and delivery schedules; and advise management accordingly.
∎ Ensure production flow as per delivery requirements.
∎ Coordinate with the assigned QA and Factory QA team to ensure quality production of garments and final inspection as per deadlines.
∎ Coordinate with commercial /shipping team members to ensure timely shipments.
∎ Report deficiencies to divisional head/factory management, as required.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ Years of experience in the Planning function
∎ Be a self-starter, proactive go-getter and performance-oriented team player with the ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence.
∎ Ability to manage priorities whilst driving flawless execution across your team?.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House
∎ Minimum 5 years of hand on experience in which 2/3 years as team leader in a large reputed Buying house/Garments factories, having engaged with high ended apparel brands sourcing and shipment
