∎ B.Sc in IPE/ ME/ Chemical Engg. from any reputed UGC approved Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Production Engineering, Production/ Operation Management, Risk Management, Strategic Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and supervising the daily production status and factory production plan. Monitoring the running status of machines as per production demand for products and subsequently follow up the development of finished products.
∎ Achieve targeted outcomes in a cost effective manner with strong monitoring and supervision as well as collaboration with all the departments.
∎ Collaborate closely with ownership to ensure consistent alignment.
∎ Follow up on the factory and HO MIS-related work.
∎ Monitoring the daily QC report.
∎ To ensure production and delivery as well.
∎ Factory visit to find out their problems, attending weekly head office and factory coordination meetings.
∎ Emergency purchase and delivery Follow-up.
∎ Regular reporting to the supervisor, planning raw material utilization and also maintain the collaboration with production, SCM, import etc department.
∎ Prepare operational reports such as factory MC, LC, PC, Pac C, and FOH.
∎ To analyze the machine breakdown report.
∎ To visit market, try to find out product defects & also the scope of business opportunities.
∎ Preparation of the yearly activity calendar.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Candidates having experience in Plastic/ Polymer industry will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have the mindset to work both factory and head office as required.
∎ Establishing critical plans and executing them.
∎ Able to measure the profit/loss goals of the organization.
∎ Exceptional Communication skill both written and verbal, including formal presentations.
∎ Highly skilled in ­ leading, helping, supervising, instructing, persuading, mentoring, motivating,
∎ communicating, counseling, and negotiating with people.
∎ Exceptional sales professional and leadership skills for both internal staff and external partners.
∎ Highly equipped with data analysis, synthesis, reporting and decision making
∎ Keen in grasping of industry issues.
∎ Basic skills in computer operation is a must
