∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve targeted outcomes in a cost effective manner with strong monitoring and supervision as well as collaboration with all the departments.
∎ Production monitoring at factory level as per demand.
∎ Coordination with mold making team for launching new products.
∎ Collaborate closely with ownership to ensure consistent alignment.
∎ Integrate the company's marketing and product initiatives to produce optimal commercial success.
∎ Tightly integrate the Customer Experience team with sales.
∎ Identify strategic business opportunities.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production, supply chain, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
∎ Analyzing and planning for the production team, required accessories and materials to produce required products within the schedule as per sales requirements.
∎ Improve the operational systems, processes and production to support for sales team.
∎ Integrate and streamline production processes to rectify production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Increase productivity by employing the right methods, identifying bottlenecks, and monitoring.
∎ Involvement for new product development by plastic mold making, arranging support m/c & import accessories.
∎ Exemplify the company's commitment to servant leadership in all interactions, at all times.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the upper management.

∎ Candidates having experience in Plastic industry will get preference.
∎ Establishing critical plans and executing them.
∎ Able to measure the profit/loss goals of the organization
∎ Able to establish New business, business retention, and Rep/Dealer expansion per plan
∎ Exceptional Communication skill both written and verbal, including formal presentations.
∎ Highly skilled in ­ leading, helping, supervising, instructing, persuading, mentoring, motivating,
∎ communicating, counseling, and negotiating with people.
∎ Exceptional sales professional and leadership skills for both internal staff and external partners.
∎ Highly equipped with data analysis, synthesis, reporting and decision making
∎ Keen in grasping of industry issues.
∎ Basic skills in computer operation is a must
