∎ The candidates should be post-graduate from any UGC approved university having no 3rd Division/Class and GPA below 2.00 in the scale of 5.00 and CGPA below 2.25 in the scale of 4.00 in academic career.
∎ The candidates should have minimum 08 years banking experience of working in Credit Department (Branch or centralized Credit Administration Division at Head Office) for the position of Senior Executive Officer.
∎ Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and be well conversant in Computer Literacy and sound analytical proficiency.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Analytical ability with proper risk perception on different areas of Bank’s financing.
∎ 2. Clear understanding, execution, reviewing, screening loan documentation (property related documentation and Charge Documents) of different types of credit facilities.
∎ 3. Ability to ascertain chain of documents and verification of landed property.
∎ 4. Knowledge in conducting valuation and dentification / demarcation of landed property.
∎ 5. Processing disbursement files ensuring compliance as per credit approval as well as requirement of regulatory authorities and performing limit loading functions there against.
∎ 6. Monitoring of repayment performance of the borrowers and documentation lapses.
∎ 7. Compliance and follow up against Bangladesh Bank Audit observation.
∎ 8. Well conversant with the Bank’s & Bangladesh Bank’s Credit Policy, Circular(s) and financial products and constant updating on Credit Operations Procedures and Processes.
∎ 9. Preparation and timely submission of all kinds of related statement, reports to the concerned authorities.
