Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile Background will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support execution of sourcing strategies for Fabric and accessories by meeting with the suppliers regularly.
∎ To work very closely with our internal and external sampling rooms, to make follow up on each development styles and to ensure quality standards are met.
∎ To have a very good understanding of Washing (both dry and wet process)
∎ To understand and give proper washing instructions and to validate the washing after receipt of the sample.
∎ To make costing, sourcing of trims & accessories and fabrics.
∎ Ability to check garments and technical sheet
∎ Negotiate competitive prices with all suppliers for execution and reporting to the management
∎ Work with sample sections for develop business.
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality & AQL.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics & Accessories from locally & abroad.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 4-6 years in Denim / Non Denim is MUST
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacturing, woven Garments (Denim / Non Denim)
∎ Minimum 4-6 years practical experience as a Product developer in 100% Export Oriented Woven (denim & non-denim) industry.
∎ Strong Computer skills. (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing).
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information.
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge in price quotation and product development.
∎ Must have experience to handle buyer/ buying house independently.
∎ Must have good skill of mail corresponding directly.
∎ Must have knowledge of Product development.
∎ Must have experience to correspond with buyer directly.
∎ Must have idea about all kind of washing process of Denim.
∎ Must have experience to marketing Denim product.
∎ Must have experience to Develop Denim product.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English with the buyers and buying houses.
