Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns. Good Graphics designing knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (Social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers
∎ Manage, develop and design various communications layouts such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, and brochures.
∎ Preparing annual promotional budget and sales forecast.
∎ Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and developmental opportunities.
∎ Identify market- opportunities & target customers, generate innovative ideas for building brand equities, and develop sales forecasts.
∎ Preparing monthly / Quarterly analysis of Brand/portfolio performance, Sales and promo expense, etc.
∎ Monitor different marketing campaigns in relevant media
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Digital, Social Media Operation, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Advertisement, Branding, Campaign Planning, Marketing, Promotion.
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skills.
