Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic MKT knowledge to think and explain logically, market analysis, and strategic MKT planning
∎ Physical market visit and make a good relationship with retail shop owners and wholesalers.
∎ Train sales-officer and expand their sales and marketing knowledge.
∎ Make and execute a digital communication strategy
∎ Have proper time management skills and the ability to meet the deadline
∎ Good at report making and presentation.
∎ Tech-savvy & pro-level knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
∎ Pro in English communication and presentation making
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in FMCG market, especially in the Food category, more than 1 year
∎ Experience in strategic planning and business analytics for more than 1 year
∎ Experience in Digital marketing of more than 1 year
∎ Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams. (Leadership)
∎ Ability to develop a high-performing team.
∎ Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Verbal and written communication skills in English
