Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 06 months Surveyor training course.
∎ Strong knowledge of Land Law and other related activities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Land mapping of the organization and maintaining wage records.
∎ To establish and maintain effective working relationship with government body, local agents, land office and other government and non-government organization as per requirement.
∎ Keeping up to date of all Land related documents.
∎ Coordinate all land purchase related issues of the organization including negotiation, document verifications, registrations etc. (pre purchase activities to post purchase activities).
∎ Drafting various legal documents, including contracts, deeds, MoUs, affidavits, business agreements, wills and agreements with landowners, developers, & stakeholders etc.
∎ Maintaining legal records, preparing periodic reports, and updating management on ongoing cases.
∎ This is a permanent job with a reputed group of companies based at the Head Office. We are mainly involve in the Spinning, Textile and Real Estate Sectors.
