To support this goal and strengthen the existing team we are looking for ambitious, results-driven, and committed individuals for the following position.

Job Description

• Ensure uninterrupted and efficient HVAC operation across the plant to support production, quality, and storage requirements.

• Ensure HVAC systems consistently maintain required temperature, humidity, and pressure levels in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve anomalies, breakdowns, or deviations in HVAC operations and escalate to higher management when required.

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all HVAC equipment.

• Lead and supervise the HVAC engineering team, ensuring proper task allocation, training, and performance monitoring.

• Maintain and approve up-to-date records of maintenance activities, calibration, and validation of HVAC systems.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Production, Quality, EHS, and Engineering) to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

• Act as the primary point of contact during internal, external, and regulatory audits related to HVAC systems.

• Provide technical guidance to management for energy efficiency, cost optimization, and system upgrades.

• Oversee daily monitoring of HVAC systems and review log records.

• Perform any other task/project assigned by the management.
