∎ Knowledge of network security systems and end user support

∎ Fortinet firewall and Cisco switches

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be able to configure firewalls, MikroTik devices, managed switches, and any kind of router operational functions.
∎ Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
∎ Active Directory server, endpoint security, Outlook email configuration, and troubleshooting.
∎ Installing operating systems and software, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, networks, and LAN setups.
∎ Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (desktop, laptop, scanner, routers, printers, etc.).
∎ Implement and support network solutions for IT projects.
∎ Surveillance security operation and maintenance.
