Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all commercial import & export documents (Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill, SAPTA etc.)
∎ prepare other documents for buyers, Custom and Bank purpose.
∎ Prepare and maintain cash incentive related works, handle Bangladesh bank nominated audit firm
∎ Effective business communication with foreigner at superior level, foreign buyer, CnF agent etc.
∎ Analysis all in hand L/C(s), requirements of buyers, transport capability to make delivery schedule and deliver the goods within the shipment period.
∎ Capable of doing works related to C & F Agents and Buyers.
∎ Plan and track shipment/transportation and maintain records
∎ operations regarding HS Code, Custom Acts, Import Policy and Export Policy, Insurance and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
∎ Follow up exports related all activities with Bank for L/C opening, Payment and document collection etc.
∎ Follow up with stock department, communication with Banks, Buyers for party acceptance, payment, maturity collection.
∎ Prepare TT / LC Opening and Closing Statement for report to the Management.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Import/Export as well as payment follow up.
∎ Must be able to handle total operation of Export, Import and Customs.
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, Import documents. (Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, GSP checking, Payment planning L/C marking),
∎ Candidate should Perform to the regulatory formalities (Bank insurance/ Customs) relating to export & Import.
∎ Well communication skill of negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder.
∎ Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Have to make close communication with lien Banks for export/Import documentation & for realization of LC payment.
∎ Should have a good face below & should have skill to manage people, make good relation with business stake holders.
∎ Should be advance user in MS Office
∎ Make documentation inside ERP software & maintain all commercial data in ERP.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure & working long hour.
∎ The applicant will get preference if he has experience in the following areas: plastic manufacturing and household items.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
