• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in garments/textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of work study, method study, and production efficiency tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in production planning, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization in the apparel/textile manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Develop and implement time & motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) of production lines.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly efficiency and productivity reports.

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to achieve targets.

• Provide technical support for process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Train and guide supervisors and operators on work-study methods and productivity enhancement.
