Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Strong knowledge of woven garment production system.

• Proficiency in IE tools (Time Study, Line Balancing, Layout Design, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team.

• Computer literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP knowledge preferred).

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Prepare and implement operation breakdown, layout, and manpower planning.

• Monitor line performance, conduct capacity studies, and ensure achievement of production targets.

• Lead time & motion studies, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions.

• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct training for operators and supervisors to enhance skills and efficiency.

• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other productivity improvement tools.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
