Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of woven garment production system.
Proficiency in IE tools (Time Study, Line Balancing, Layout Design, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and lead a team.
Computer literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP knowledge preferred).
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and implement operation breakdown, layout, and manpower planning.
Monitor line performance, conduct capacity studies, and ensure achievement of production targets.
Lead time & motion studies, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct training for operators and supervisors to enhance skills and efficiency.
Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other productivity improvement tools.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
