• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• B.Sc. in IE/IPE/Textile Engineering from renowned university

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Ability to work under pressure

• Effective communication skill

• Adaptability

• Team work

• Ensure block wise manpower balancing

• Identify bottleneck and aligning accurate methods to improve the capacity

• Check machine layout diagrams and make correction

• Line feeding follow up to ensure zero feeding

• Monitoring hourly production to ensure daily target

• Monitoring loss time and corrective action

• Organize and conduct weekly feeding meeting

• Maintain skill inventory and verify production bonus accuracy

• Check capacity study and SMV correction where applicable

• Prepare, monitor and control worker skill matrix
