Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & update employee attendance & leave information and sharing regular reports with the Head Office HR team.
∎ Assisting supervisor in facilitating recruitment and placement process & activities.
∎ Closely work with the supervisor in providing induction to the new joiners.
∎ Guiding the new recruits in completing the joining related documents as well as acting as HR focal person of the project.
∎ Providing support in learning and development activities/process i.e., training pro gram, aware ness sessions etc.
∎ Closely work with the supervisor to ensure that staff-management policies are applied correctly, monitor and regular reporting regarding the proper implementation of Values,
∎ Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, rules & regulations, Bangladesh labor laws, and applicable policies.
∎ In consultation with supervisor, interpreting of the basic Safeguarding Policies to the staff & reporting of the same i.e., Anti-Fraud, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Terrorism, Anti-Bribery, Child Protection Policy, PSEA, Gender Policy, Whistler Blower, Gifts & Entertainment Policy etc.
∎ Regular visiting the field working areas to ensure the implementation of proper HR interventions.
∎ Providing recruitment & personal file related documents to the Head Office HR team to ensure the proper documentation of the same.
∎ Assisting supervisor in general HR operational process & activities i.e., joining formalities, staff separation formalities, release letters, employment certificates, final settlement, ID cards, RRRC Id Cards, visiting cards etc.
∎ Maintain strong harmony with internal teams and relevant external parties so that Friendship HR Practices & Strategies can be implemented properly.
∎ Any other task as & when assigned by the Head Office HR Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law and different applicable laws laid out by Bangladesh Govt.
∎ Shows understanding and sensitivity regarding Safeguarding Policies i.e., Child protection, PSEA & Gender etc.
∎ Very good command on MS Office and Bangla typing skill is mandatory.
∎ Excellent in oral & written communication skills, in both Bangla & English.
∎ Basic understanding on general HR management, knowledge on office management, documentation, and filing.
∎ And Fair understanding on recruitment process and procedures.
