∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions.
∎ Maintain attendance and leave records, prepare and update personal files for all employees. Ensure cleanliness of office and facility premises. Look after safety & security issue of the company.
∎ Support recruitment process (Job description, advertisement, CV screening, reference check, job offer, job contract and placement), transfer, separation, contract renew, exit interview.
∎ Maintain official documents, ensure proper documentation of all HR & Admin related files. Issue employee accessories.
∎ Coordinate compliance issues, safety & security and hygienic as per labor law in central office and facility premises.
∎ Ensure fleet management and maintain office support staffs, drivers and cleaners etc.
∎ Assist in various event organization and source required logistics. Maintain vendor relations and adopt cost effective strategies.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis
