∎ PGDHRM/ MBA in HRM/ LLB/ LLM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Candidates must have experience in the following areas: Any EPZ in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge on BEPZA policies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Maintaining employee Disciplinary procedure. Maintain contact with IR Section of BEPZA
∎ Prepare Service Rules and Policies of the Company based on EPZ policies
∎ Co-ordination with EPZ, Customs, T&T, Police Authority and local Government Agencies
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
∎ Follow up all license, certificates
∎ Follow up hygienic issues
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge on BEPZA policies
∎ Must have performed Managerial role in any EPZ
∎ Strong knowledge of Labor law 2006, Labor Rules 2015 & Amendment 2018, EPZ Labor Law-2019 & Amendment.
∎ Should have good knowledge on compliance
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
