  • Ability to generate leads and bring in new buyers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Strong follow-up, analytical ability, and coordination skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated Fabric Marketing Senior Executive to support our woven fabric marketing and development operations.

The candidate must have solid technical understanding, good communication skills, and strong ability to coordinate between buyer and production teams.

The role also requires ability to generate leads and source new buyers from different markets and product segments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation, Buyer Communication & Development

  • Generate new buyer leads across multiple markets (USA/EU/UK/Asia) and segments (shirts, bottoms, workwear, uniforms, kidswear).
  • Handle daily communication with buyers regarding developments, sampling, lab dips and approvals.
  • Assist in preparing costing sheets, quotations, and technical submissions.

Fabric Specification & Technical Understanding

  • Understand buyer fabric specifications including yarn, construction, GSM, weave, dyeing & finishing type.
  • Precisely translate buyer requirements into production instructions.
  • Maintain all development and approval records.

Execution & Internal Coordination

  • Daily follow-up with planning, dyeing, weaving & finishing for timely development and submission.
  • Monitor T&A strictly and escalate any risk of delay.
  • Support resolution of technical issues (shade, GSM, skew, finishing issues).

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain development tracker, order pipeline, buyer-wise communication logs.
  • Prepare weekly progress updates for management.
