Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Onboard suppliers efficiently to fulfill daily orders, ensuring a smooth integration process.
∎ Offer the broadest range of commodity goods to meet customer demands and preferences.
∎ Secure the best pricing for ordered products through effective negotiation and relationship building with suppliers.
∎ Ensure 100% adherence to procurement processes as per Purchase Orders (POs) and company-defined compliance standards.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration, trust, and long-term partnerships.
∎ Actively contribute to the growth of individual suppliers by identifying opportunities and supporting their development.
∎ Procure goods in accordance with company-defined compliance standards, ensuring ethical and sustainable practices.
∎ Generate regular reports, collaborate with teams, and gather market insights for continuous growth and timely inventory replenishment.
