∎ Membership in the Bangladesh Bar Council and a valid license to practice law in Bangladesh will get preference
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong research and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team
∎ MS Word, MS Power Point, Excel Proficiency
∎ Proactive, Smart and positive attitude
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Experienced in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in pharmaceutical legal affairs, regulatory compliance, Laws and contract management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Draft, review, and vet various legal documents including agreements, MoUs, NDAs, lease deeds, vendor contracts, and employment-related documentation.
∎ Provide legal advice and support to internal departments, especially regarding pharmaceutical regulations, BIDA, DGDA, and BSTI compliance.
∎ Assist in handling litigation and coordinate with external lawyers on company-related cases.
∎ Ensure the company’s operations are in compliance with applicable laws, including the Drugs Act, Labor Laws, Company Act, and others.
∎ Maintain and update records of legal documents and company licenses.
∎ Assist in handling company secretarial matters such as board meetings, resolution drafting, and ROC filings.
∎ Respond to legal notices, draft replies, and liaise with regulatory authorities when required.
∎ Conduct legal research on relevant issues and provide actionable insights to management.
∎ Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to the company.
