Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for control over material consumption and other related analysis
Partner with Plant head and factory operation team for preparing, analyzing, monitoring and controlling manufacturing overhead.
Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct cost and manufacturing overhead
Design and establish control over inventory management including attention for management of slow, non-moving, unused and obsolete materials
Parter with Plant Head and departments to organize and establish control over factory procurement
Work closely with Factory Leadership team to drive down cost and improve factory performance
Prepare SBU and department wise yearly budget for the plant and act as Owner of Plant level Budget, monitor monthly progression of budget, report monthly variances against budget identifying reason of variances in coordination related persons/department
Coordinate with Plant Head and departmental Heads to report and optimize use and management of Plant Assets (operational resources of Capacity, Workforce, Facility and Inventory)
Contribute to manage and dispose scarp and wastage at factory
