Job Overview

The Senior Executive - Dyeing will oversee the dyeing process, ensuring high-quality shade consistency and timely delivery to meet buyer expectations. This role involves close coordination with buyers, managing shade approvals, resolving production issues, and driving quality improvements in the dyeing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Buyer Follow-Up: Engage with buyers to ensure alignment on shade specifications and quality standards.
• Shade & Quality Management: Oversee dyeing processes to achieve consistent shade accuracy and maintain high-quality fabric output.
• Shade Approval & Delivery: Coordinate with relevant teams to secure timely shade approvals and ensure on-schedule delivery to buyers.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve held-up issues related to dyeing processes, ensuring minimal disruption to production timelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in dyeing techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
