Respond to client inquiries in the office and over the telephone, ensuring excellent customer service.
Create and maintain strong client relationships to identify potential opportunities.
Address customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
Collect booking money and down payments, ensuring proper target recovery.
Analyze monthly sales growth statistics and compare them with prior performance metrics.
