Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies for construction project execution aligned with the company’s objectives.
∎ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per the design and quality specifications.
∎ Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
∎ Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.
