Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct thorough distribution analysis to identify and establish operations in strategically selected areas
  • Engage with distributors through physical meetings and verbal communication, visiting markets to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Facilitate onboarding of new business-oriented distributors, ensuring smooth setup in new territories
  • Collect and manage all essential distribution and depot documentation, maintaining accurate records and agreement files
  • Support Sales Representatives (SRs) at new distribution points, providing guidance and resources to drive sales growth
  • Generate area-wise invoices and manage POSM demand for new distributors and depots
  • Address distributor and depot queries promptly, providing effective solutions and support
  • Drive primary sales to distributors to maintain warehouse stock, promote products, and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain excellent business relationships with distributors and depots, fostering collaboration and mutual success
  • Support the sales team by providing guidelines on sales and merchandising to achieve monthly targets
  • Identify potential areas for market expansion and secure partnerships with new distributors
  • Influence distributors to align with company strategies and business objectives
  • Draft confidential agreements, proposals, or letters for distribution and depot management
  • Resolve dues and issues logically and efficiently while maintaining professional relationships
  • Collect and analyze data on sales growth, competitive activities, and market trends
  • Ensure timely reporting of all distributor and depot activities to higher management
