Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Handle communication with international customers and global brands professionally.

  2. Manage order follow-up from development to final shipment.

  3. Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

  4. Ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status, production progress, shipment schedules, and any potential issues.

  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support business growth opportunities.

  6. Prepare and maintain order-related reports, customer records, and shipment documentation.

  7. Monitor customer requirements and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

  8. Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.

  9. Support management with customer meetings, presentations, and business correspondence.
