∎ BBA from any reputed Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop communication materials with 100% accuracy, quality and error free
∎ Full quality management of printing, animation and audio visual outputs.
∎ During major events and activation of MJLBL, coordinate and support the supervisor for all kinds of executions.
∎ Regular market visits to get market feedbacks from consumers and channel partners. Prepare own weekly and monthly activity reports and compile brand department's reports/presentations for presenting it to the supervisor..
∎ Expertise in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Maya, After FX and knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Audio Engineering software
∎ Archive copy of all bills received and coordinate with the brand coordination wing for updating cost heads on the brand budget.
∎ During major events and activation of MJLBL, coordinate and support the supervisor for all kinds of executions.

∎ Any other activity assigned by the Supervisor and the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years in Graphic Designing/ DTP/ Visualization in a reputed advertising agency. 2 years' experience in animation, flash, video editing and fine arts.
∎ Excellent free hand drawing & painting skills for storyboarding
∎ Need to be open with sales and marketing tasks
∎ Good Bangla copy writing experience by using Bijoy and Avro
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
