• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Minimum Bachelor degree (preferably in business administration or marketing).

• At least 2 years

• Two year experience in corporate partnership and client relationships management would be an added advantage (Preferably in training industry).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and business heads.

• Understand client training needs and tailor solutions in coordination with internal teams.

• Identify, target, and engage new corporate clients across sectors to generate leads and close sales for training and consulting services.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations.

• Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.

• Coordinate with the delivery and content teams to ensure seamless service post-sales.

• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
