Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and business heads.
Understand client training needs and tailor solutions in coordination with internal teams.
Identify, target, and engage new corporate clients across sectors to generate leads and close sales for training and consulting services.
Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.
Coordinate with the delivery and content teams to ensure seamless service post-sales.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
