Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Skilled in Canva or other graphic design tools
Knowledge of AI-based video tools like Pictory, Synthesia, or Runway
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website content management
Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn campaign management
Creative, organized, and self-motivated with a strong growth mindset
Responsibilities & Context:
- Edit reels, promo videos, and testimonials.
- Plan, script, and create engaging video content (course highlights, trainer intros, student stories, etc.)
- Design eye-catching social media posts, banners, and promotional visuals
- Create AI-generated visuals and videos
- Maintain and update website content, course pages, and landing pages.
- Perform basic SEO and keyword research to enhance online visibility.
- Develop catchy captions and persuasive content for social media and ad campaigns.
- Run Facebook & LinkedIn ad campaigns for quality lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance and prepare concise performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
