• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

• Skilled in Canva or other graphic design tools

• Knowledge of AI-based video tools like Pictory, Synthesia, or Runway

• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website content management

• Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn campaign management

• Creative, organized, and self-motivated with a strong growth mindset

• Edit reels, promo videos, and testimonials.
• Plan, script, and create engaging video content (course highlights, trainer intros, student stories, etc.)
• Design eye-catching social media posts, banners, and promotional visuals
• Create AI-generated visuals and videos
• Maintain and update website content, course pages, and landing pages.
• Perform basic SEO and keyword research to enhance online visibility.
• Develop catchy captions and persuasive content for social media and ad campaigns.
• Run Facebook & LinkedIn ad campaigns for quality lead generation and brand awareness.
• Track campaign performance and prepare concise performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
