Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Skilled in Canva or other graphic design tools
Knowledge of AI-based video tools like Pictory, Synthesia, or Runway
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website content management
Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn campaign management
Creative, organized, and self-motivated with a strong growth mindset
Responsibilities & Context:
Edit reels, promo videos, and testimonials.
Plan, script, and create engaging video content (course highlights, trainer intros, student stories, etc.)
Design eye-catching social media posts, banners, and promotional visuals
Create AI-generated visuals and videos
Maintain and update website content, course pages, and landing pages.
Perform basic SEO and keyword research to enhance online visibility.
Develop catchy captions and persuasive content for social media and ad campaigns.
Run Facebook & LinkedIn ad campaigns for quality lead generation and brand awareness.
Track campaign performance and prepare concise performance reports.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
