Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the corporate sector, and conduct regular client visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Training Managers, and senior decision-makers.
Conduct client presentations, meetings, product demonstrations, and deliver compelling business proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive overall business growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Coordinate with delivery and content teams to ensure smooth post-sales execution.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
