∎ Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a communication or branding role.
∎ Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
∎ Proven experience in developing and executing social media campaigns.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with our business goals focusing on healthcare, social impact, and community engagement.
∎ Craft compelling content for various audiences, including press releases, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
∎ Manage our brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging from brochures to presentations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and community partners.
∎ Develop and implement successful social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest communication trends and technologies.
∎ Assist with event planning and execution.

∎ Organize and manage events such as workshops, roundtables, and awareness campaigns, both in-person and virtually.
