∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the documents for HS code, goods item description, LC, value, Bangladesh Bank reference etc.
∎ Apply shipping guarantee in online with bank format and sign back manual documents and send to the on a bank timely manner.
∎ Ensure checking with the bank regularly for new documents and receive the updates daily.
∎ Follow up with the bank to collect the original document (Phone and E-Mail).
∎ Follow up with the driver before arriving at the factory and also contact with factory people for unloading import vehicles.
∎ Ensure insurance coverage after receiving shipping documents from the supplier by mail.
∎ Check UD & amendment for each consignment and handover to C&F for clearance.
∎ Contact C&F agents for ensuring timely daily clearance by replying and sending emails to the local and foreign concerns.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Negotiable
