∎ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in selling Security/ Surveillance, Automation and IT products.
∎ Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
∎ Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
∎ Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
∎ Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to build and lead a team effectively.
∎ Mature, stable, and professional demeanor.
∎ Reports directly to top management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Conduct cold calls to potential prospects.
∎ Handle incoming customer inquiries.
∎ Attend client meetings and promote electronic products, including wireless CCTV cameras, security surveillance devices, automation, IT products and related turnkey solutions.
∎ Travel extensively as part of business development activities.
∎ Represent the company at industry events when required.
∎ Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
