Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• Work closely with internal clients and external clients to identify, assess, and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Prepare requirement documentations BRS, SRS including GAP analysis and process flow.

• Prepare wire frame & low-fidelity mock-up.

• Conduct UAT and ensure release with release note, SOP and handover documents.

• Assist team members with suggestions and identifying improvement areas.

• Provide BA and testing (project based) effort entries and update to daily utilization report.

• Monitor progress of requests for support and ensures users and other interested parties and kept informed. Takes corrective action to avoid or minimize delays.

• Work closely with developers to interpret business requirement.

• Conduct & participate UAT session.

• Attend workshops and demos and plays a key role in controlling additional requests/change being raised later in the project.

• Determine and ensure the quality of application and software features.

• A thorough understanding of the organization`s business and products

• Utilize JIRA in order to track defects.

• Develop user manual for the software upon successful release.
