∎ A leading 100% export oriented sweater manufacturing company is looking for Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager - HR, Admin & Compliance for the factory located at Uttara. This is an entry-level position for the deserving candidate who has a strong analytical ability and would like to develop a career in the Sweater manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up daily HR activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Initiate for the training & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organization.
∎ Ensure the execution of talent Management and Employee relation activities to build up real healthy work environment at workplace.
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
∎ Monitor compliance certification like C-TPAT, SCS, SCAN, GSV, WCA, WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX, Accord & Alliance etc and handle their different audits with requirements.
∎ Maintain the proper compliance guide line & local laws to sustain as best complaint organization to local authority & customers.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct.
∎ Garments/Textile/Sweater Industries.
∎ Good command in written & communication in English shall be given preference.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and e-communication platforms.
∎ Passion for innovation and creativity.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Able to work under pressure according to plan and meet deadlines.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented and hardworking.
∎ Willingly to stay near of factory.
