Additional Requirements:
∎ · Having good knowledge on steel and steel products.
∎ · Expertise in MS Office especially Excel understands data and knows how to use it.
∎ · A clear understanding of Technical Support Activities and the marketing mix.
∎ · Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
∎ · Ability to work with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.
∎ ·Capability of working in a busy, deadline-driven, creative environment.
∎ . Excellent Presentation Skill.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ o   Maintain contact and liaison with reference group like BUET, LGED, PWD, PGCB, PDB, WASA, DESA, RHD etc.
∎ o   Arrange various workshop, mason-meet, user meet, and events, campaign, program, seminar for engineers.
∎ o   Meet with the owners of ongoing projects like; House owner, Engineers and Masons.
∎ o   Promote company's brands in all institutional development sectors.
∎ o   To address customer complaints and coordinate with Supervisors.
∎ o   To interact with consumers and provide information about products or services.
∎ o   Frequent field visit for Technical Support to the Sales Team to meet the sales target.
∎ o   Maintain regular communication channel with client to promote own brand to use in their construction work.
∎ o   Solve technical claims of own brands as a client service.
∎ o   Responsible for giving engineering and technical support to client.
