Experience:

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel

• FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB)

• FCMA (Fellow Cost and Management Accountant) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel

• Age 40 to 65 years
• Only Male

• At least 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role such as CFO, Head of Finance, Director Finance, or equivalent position.

• Experience in the Steel, Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Cement, Power, or Large Corporate Sector will be highly preferred.

• Strong experience in dealing with banks, syndicated loans, project financing, capital expenditure planning, and corporate governance matters.

• Develop and execute the Company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and manage all financial functions including Accounting, Budgeting, Treasury, Taxation, Audit, Costing, and Financial Reporting.

• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and Management.

• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, investments, and financing activities.

• Establish strong internal control systems and risk management frameworks.

• Lead annual budgeting, business planning, and financial forecasting processes.

• Overall organizational cost minimization and profit maximization.

• To ensure production efficiency measure and increase
