Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and control daily transportation operations of the company.
Coordinate vehicle movement for raw materials and finished goods delivery.
Maintain liaison with transport contractors, drivers, and dealers.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to customer destinations.
Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and transportation costs.
Prepare transportation schedules and trip reports.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and transport regulations.
Handle transportation-related documentation and records.
Support management in logistics planning and operational improvement.
Resolve transportation issues and emergency situations efficiently.
