Strong portfolio demonstrating interior projects, working drawings, and renderings.
Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-driven, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team.
Portfolio Submission:
Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes:3D renderings
Working/detail drawings
Factory/shop drawings
Photographs of completed projects
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and present detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
Prepare accurate factory/shop drawings for furniture and customized interior elements.
Coordinate with the implementation team, site engineers, project managers, and sales team for smooth project execution.
Conduct client meetings and ensure excellent client communication throughout the design process.
Oversee interior projects from concept to handover with strong attention to detail.
Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies.
Prepare high-quality presentation materials using Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and PowerPoint.
Produce precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Guide 3D visualizers to create photorealistic renderings using Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer.
Maintain organized documentation, BOQs, and project reports.
Collaborate with implementation and factory teams for timely production of design elements.
Work effectively under pressure and contribute positively as a team player.
