Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in MRM
∎ • Diploma in HRM from recognized institute will be preferred

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Handle recruitment, selection & placement and select suitable candidates.
∎ • To Maintain joining formalities and keeping primary documents in personal file.
∎ • Administrate all types of compliance regarding local and international certification of the company.
∎ • To manage the leave & attendance of employees to facilitate monthly salary process
∎ • Develop effective on job training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees on board.
∎ • To maintain overall HR and compliance work as per standard.
∎ • Resolve labor relation issues, Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and Documentation
∎ • Recommend, develop and maintain human resource information systems, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
∎ • Responsible for all human resource activities including employment, Wages & compensation, benefits, staff relations, and training & development.
∎ • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, KPI etc. with Performance Management system.
∎ • Occupational Health & Safety, Periodical reporting on HR status, Employee counseling and Motivation, Developing Personnel Policy- HR Handbook/Service Book.
∎ • To ensure promotion, internal transfer, and look after their total HR, Admin and Compliance support disciplinary action as per Labor Law
∎ • Manage attendance and leave system of employees
∎ • Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of office environment, canteen management and cleaning service.
∎ • Liaison with government and others agency
∎ • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
∎ • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
∎ • Updating office policies and procedures
∎ • Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
∎ • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
∎ • Supporting department managers, staff.
∎ • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
∎ • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.)
∎ • Organizing special functions and social events
∎ • Perform other relevant task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) of any factory,
∎ • Compliance, Administration, HR, Health/ Safety & Fire, Labor Counseling
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) FMCG, Paint industry, Garments Industry or any factory admin experience will be given preference.
∎ • General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration.
∎ • Experience in Paint industry/ any other factory admin will be given extra Preference
∎ • Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with different govt. & factory license related institute.
∎ • Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and Payroll related areas
∎ • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
