Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Bachelor`s and/or master`s in Environmental Science / Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) / Energy Engineering / from a recognized university.

• Support to develop and implement ESG policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals 
• Collect, analyze, and report on key ESG data, including progress on SBTs, carbon footprint, energy efficiency, and resource use 
• Implement & follow-up/monitor Buyers’ Code of Conduct, Company Policy and Local Labor Law / BEPZA Law, and all Government Acts / Regulations relevant to the industry
• Monitor environmental performance, including GHG emissions, energy usage, waste reduction, and water conservation
• Assist with internal and external audits related to ESG, including verifying data for SBTs, environmental compliance
• Responsible for ensuring a safe & healthy workplace, with a special focus on hygiene and environmental preservation
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business decision-making processes
