Education:

  • Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO/SEM, Content Marketing, etc., will be preferred.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or relevant roles.

  • Experience in FMCG, food business, or e-commerce will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability in running paid media campaigns and managing digital content.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing & Brand will primarily focus on strengthening the company’s digital presence and driving performance-driven digital initiatives. This role will lead digital campaigns, manage content, analyze performance data, and support overall marketing objectives with limited but essential involvement in brand coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, develop, and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

  • Manage paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Display, Video, Remarketing) to achieve engagement, lead generation, and conversion targets.

  • Track and optimize daily campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of KPIs.

Content Creation & Digital Asset Management

  • Develop and manage content for social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.

  • Write compelling digital copies for posts, ads, and promotional materials.

Digital Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and other analytics tools.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.

E-Commerce & Online Visibility

  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance product visibility across marketplaces (Daraz, Chaldal, Shwapno, etc.).

  • Improve SEO, product listing quality, banners, and promotional activities.

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

  • Align digital campaigns with sales, trade marketing, and product teams.

  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and external partners for smooth execution.

Limited Brand Management Responsibilities (Minimized Emphasis)

  • Support brand communication in digital channels where required.

  • Assist in promotional campaigns, key visuals, and digital integration during product launches.

  • Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
