Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and coordinate all on-site Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing(MEP) activities encompassing Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing installations to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Prepare day to day project plans, specifications, design and documents to verify alignment with pertinent codes, regulations and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality benchmarks.
To facilitate and coordination among internal and external parties to ensure seamless execution, project scheduling and ensuring timely completion MEP work and proactive resolving for any delays or conflict to maintain project timeline integrity.
Project cost estimation, ensure right quantity of material selection and procurement, labour & equipment to ensure effective budget control and cost optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage with design and layout preparation, evaluate incorporate the MEP design alterations and adjustments when required, project flexibility and alignment with relevant parties are required.
To monitor & enforcing as per compliance with on-site health, safety and environmental regulations to maintain a secure workplace and minimize potential risk or environmental impacts.
Any other task assign by management.
