Job Context:
∎ STARDUST Telecom Ltd. is looking for Senior Engineer - Transmission under Technology Division for MIME, ISP.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking link status (port up/ down) and taking actions accordingly.
∎ Identifying high loss, error status in device and link rectification confirmation based on link budget calculation.
∎ Engage the operation and maintenance team for various tasks and monitoring thoroughly.
∎ Operation and maintenance of optical fiber.
∎ Survey & Implementation new link and client service delivery.
∎ Preparing field survey report, route map, drum plan, permission documentation.
∎ Planning and Designing Nationwide ISP Transmission Network.
∎ Planning & Designing of Fiber optics Network with FTTx.
∎ Supervising the Field team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve company's goals.
∎ Collaborating with other Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
∎ Ensure Highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all type’s customer.
∎ Must have knowledge on new PoP deployment.
∎ Must have knowledge on Google Earth & Auto CAD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Working experience on GPON / EPON / P2P Network.
∎ Sound knowledge on Transmission network and FTTX technology.
∎ Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.
∎ High level of experiences in fiber optic transmission.
∎ Basic IP networking knowledge.
∎ Good communication skill and team work.
∎ Able to manage field operation team.
∎ Roster duty
